My name is Raghunath Acharya, and I currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Pray Socials Group. As COO, I am responsible for overseeing the overall operations and driving both the strategic direction and daily execution of our mission. I work closely with our teams to ensure that every project, initiative, and partnership reflects our core values: innovation, integrity, and impact.

Manager (Japan)

As the Manager of PRAY Socials Group – Japan, the primary focus is on bridging the gap between skilled international talent and trusted employment opportunities across Japan, with particular expertise in the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) and Gijinkokujin visa programs.

The PS Japan operates as a hub for end-to-end support, offering comprehensive services that include job matching, document preparation, interview training, visa processing, and post-arrival assistance.

Special attention is given to candidates from Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, ensuring that each individual receives personalized guidance and dependable support throughout their journey.

By prioritizing ethical recruitment, cultural understanding, and long-term career growth, the goal is not only to place people in jobs but to empower them to build meaningful, stable lives in Japan.
